What we are doing:

●An IPM Partner Real-Time Updates Article is available on the discovery hub and will be regularly updated.

●A FAQ page has been created for IPM questions and will be regularly updated.

●Communications were sent out to travelers with bookings after April 30, 2020 to ensure they understand their cancellation policies. They can be viewed here.

●A list of economic relief programs for property owners can be found here.

●Vrbo’s Emergency Policy with options for IPMs to choose how to handle bookings
