Barefoot System Outage 12/03/2017 - After Action Report:
On Sunday December 3, 2017 at approximately 2:00 a.m. EST our hosting provider applied routine Microsoft patches to our servers. It was found that the patch update created an issue with our server's SSL. As a result, clients reported they were unable to access their agent system.
Clients hosted on the agent5.barefoot.com server experienced system downtime. Error messages displayed after trying to access the Barefoot login page, related to security. The downtime occurred between 2:00 a.m. EST to 1:30 p.m. EST on 12/03/2017
Our development team worked to troubleshoot the problem in conjunction with our hosting provider by re-applying the SSL to the agent5.barefoot.com server. This resolved the issue.
