Barefoot internal email migration

Important Message from Barefoot Support

When: Friday December 16th Barefoot will be migrating our Internal company email to another provider.

Client Impacts:

No Impacts for client systems. This migration is for @barefoot.com domains only.

Support Impacts:

Beginning at 12:00 EST Friday December 16th We will begin redirecting our mail records in our DNS. We expect a possibility of 2 hours of down time for @barefoot.com emails. This process does require new DNS entries to propagate the internet, which can take up to 48 hours.

How to email support:

https://support.barefoot.com

Please log into the Barefoot support Desk to submit tickets during this period of transition. If you have not yet requested an activation email please do so before Friday. To request an activation email please email support@barefoot.com. Once logged into the Barefoot Support Desk you can reply to any existing ticket or create new tickets.

Any new ticket created will receive an immediate auto responder with the subject line of “Ticket Received”. If you send an email to support@barefoot.com and do not receive the auto responder “Ticket Received”, it is likely your email has not been received by us.

While we expect an interruption for approximately 2 hours on Friday, it is possible to see issues extend further out to a maximum of 48 hrs. Barefoot Support will provide status updates as necessary in the form of Agent world notifications.

Thank you,

Barefoot Support
