We have received the following notification from QTS. We don't anticipate any issues, but if you should experience any speed issues or you lose access, please contact us at support@barefoot.com.
"QTS is committed to keeping our customers informed of events at our data center facilities.
We are closely monitoring Hurricane Matthew as it continues its path toward the U.S. East Coast. The QTS locations along the East Coast are fully prepared for the potential effects of Matthew and have invoked its Emergency Response Team to monitor and provide updates on weather conditions at or around our East Coast Data Centers.
In an effort to proactively prepare and maintain continued uninterrupted operations, the facilities have verified fuel levels, confirmed the operational status of all generators through testing, and verified Emergency Supplies on site. All locations are capable of operating for several days on the current fuel loads and have staffing contingency plans in place for Facilities, Data Center Operations, and Security staff should they be required.
The QTS Business Continuity Team and Operations Service Center will monitor weather conditions closely and provide additional email updates if conditions require."
