UPDATE 08/24/16 1:30PM EDT

We have been informed by our hosting provider that they experienced a disruption of service from an upstream provider.  Their engineers successfully failed over to a secondary provider.  This solution was reached quickly, and service should remain normal at this time. 


We have just recently been notified that our hosting provider is experiencing connectivity issues that are regionally based. We are actively communicating with our hosting provider to obtain more information. We will keep you updated when we have more information.

At this point we can confirm the following is affected:

Latency in API Calls

Credit Card Processing from within the agent system

Latency within the Agent system

Some agent systems are unavailable, based on your geographic location that you are attempting to access the system from.
